Part one of two

We'll start off with the happy part first!

Friday we ran to collect money for Movember (men's health, especially prostate cancer). We ran 50 miles all together (80,5 km) and I ran 6 miles (9,5 km!). Not all in once, though, I had lots of breaks and did it during a two hours session, but still! I didn't know I was capable of running that far in a day! And I wasn't even that tired afterwards. Perhaps I should sign up for the 10k on Sunday ;)

Friday I went with the hikingclub to Snowdonia for the weekend. We spent the nights at Jesse James' Bunkhouse (yes, that was his real name). It was really nice there; lots of beds, a small livingroom, a kitchen and several toilets and showers.

Too bad, I cannot remember the names of the second mountain we went on,  but the first was Carnedd Llewelyn. There we found an airplain wreckage http://www.peakdistrictaircrashes.co.uk/pages/wales/walesrf511.htm Here: have some pictures!

Sunday we went to a very popular hiking site (I'll add the name once I get it).

Clever closing system

Do you see that gully to the right in the picture? Yeah, we climbed up there.

Tuesday we celebrated Michaela's birthday, so several from the Tae Kwon-Do club and some friends of hers went to see Mockingjay and eat pizza and burgers at Rummers.
