The day of the bureauCRAZY!

Everyone hates being waked up by the fire alarm at 3 in the morning, and especially after an evening of pubbing! I was rather tired in the morning, and I got even more tired at registration. Thank god I have a nice councelor! Rupert and I sat for about half an hour to pick out modules I could take that wouldn't collide. I ended ut with Understandig Biological Research, Ethology (Animal Behaviour), Marine Biology and Advanced Invertebrate Zoology! I'm happy, as I really wanted Invertebrate Zoology and Ethology. After picking out the modules, I had to stand in line for twenty minutes to get them registrated. Then I had to stand in an other line for twenty more minutes to get it approved by the International Office.

After registration I went with Milla to the Societies Fair. There were even more people there today than at the Sports Fair yesterday! And damn, there's so many societies I want to join! The Creative Writing Society and the Nature Society are both so tempting!

After the fair, I met up with the other exchange students at IBERS to go with Rupert and a Canadian teacher named Kyle to a red kite feeding centre! The red kite (Milvus milvus), or "glente" as it is called in Norway, was endangered not long ago. You wouldn't think that if you came with us today, 'cause we saw a LOT of them! It was a wonderful sight. Afterwards we drank coco, tea and coffee, before heading back to the school.
